About every two hours. **************************************************************** What a good way to do this, ceep! I try to get my water in...but find myself at the very least, remiss. So, why even pick the bottle up if I'm not going to down at least a cupful....and hey, I do a shake every two hours, why not a cup of water too? If I can do the shakes, I can do the water!
