Diarrhea with pre-op diet?

I am on a pre-op diet..I've gone from 3- to 700 carbs a day and some

sugar every day to very little sugar or sugar free and 100 carbs a day..

could the changes cause my upset tummy? I can't think of anything else.

Sometimes it's lose, sometimes not so loose but never normal.

Hi Kay,

I did the same thing pre-op. I tried following the post-op diet to a

certain degree and had the same problem. It got more normal after a while

but it was also strange for a while. I was also interested to see your

numbers because I was right around the same point as you when I started.
