Congrats ! I wanted to hit 300 last Friday before flying out to

Phoenix to see my husband and did it, was thrilled :)! Even more

thrilling to have come home and find out I lost another pound and now 2

more so I'm officially under 300, has to have been at least a year

since that. It's really a great feeling. Just keep your chin up, you're

doing great :)!

I'm so happy for you both!! I am so close to being under 300 and I can

hardly wait. You both give me inspiration!!!

nah...I like the way you have yours, you lost a bunch of weight before

even having the surgery, that's fabulous!

Any tips Pam? Anything you think you did better that may have made it

easier to sustain and keep you going?
