Oil of oregano, grapeseed oil, peppermint oil (was: Re: Re: Monolaurin)

Thanks, n. I'll give oil of oregano another try. Will check into

grapeseed oil, too.

Of course, I don't want to make too many changes all at once..I'll try to

introduce these gradually.

I've also heard that s. boulardii is effective in combating yeast. Since I'm

not sure whether yeast is a problem for me, I haven't specifically tried it.

And then there's FCLO, which is probably better than the fish oil capsules I'm

currently taking.

All of this is certainly trial-and-error!
