I had that problem and found out I have severe sleep apnea and that is what

causes the headaches. Have you been tested for that yet?

headache

I am pre-op, due for surgery on June 1st. I am wondering what pain

medications are allowed after surgery...not for surgery pain, but for

regular headaches and such. I wake up with a headache almost every

morning. I don't know if it is how I sleep, my pillow, or what, but I

start my day with a couple of tylenol. What do post-ops due for those

pesky smaller aches and pains...not migranes, just regular headaches?

http://www.gastricbypassfamily.com/Avoid.html has the list of medicines we

can't have. In my experience, each surgeon has different ideas on what we

CAN have. An example, mine told me that I could use Tylenol Allergy/Sinus,

but my friend can't have anything that is two meds mixed, and my other

friend can't have anything in pill form at all. You should ask your surgeon.

They're usually pretty happy to answer any questions.

headaches and found out after my sleep study that I had mild sleep apnea.
