Guest guest
You mentioned asprin......I had one headache in 9 months and took asprin for that......2 bayer and that was it. Tylenol is another thing you can take but doesnt work for my headaches, so I took the asprin. Hugs, Judie This also a concern for me as I use Norgesic Forte (Extra strength aspirin with a muscle relaxant) for headaches/ Migraines. Other meds such as Amerge Imitrix, Fiorinal and Percodan do not help. Love and Hugs to all http://phoenixrisng.www6.50megs.com http://ca.geocities.com/phoenixrisngca/blue.html
Guest guest
Hi ! How have you been?? You mentioned asprin......I had one headache in 9 months and took asprin for that......2 bayer and that was it. Tylenol is another thing you can take but doesnt work for my headaches, so I took the asprin. This surgery cuts down your chances of getting certain kinds of cancer! That should make you feel jubliant! I wouldnt worry about cancer now at this stage in the game. The docs know what it takes to get us to absorb all we need (we will need our surgeons help if this happened). Hugs, Judie
Guest guest
> Another random question. I read a post (possibly by Chris Hull...our > ultra knowledgeable poster) it mentioned hospital costs that could > be as high as $100,000 for 5 days (Omigod!). Ok...here is the > question. This may be a stupid one...so no one pick on me...is it > ever possible to get insurance to cover the hospital stay even if > they wont pay for the surgery itself? , While insurance will not cover hospital bills for a surgery that is not approved, they will (and have in some instances) covered costs for hospitilization related to surgery that was only partially covered. For example, sometimes individuals are approved for the " RNY portion of the DS " not the DS portion. Another individual I spoke to was approved for everything in the DS except the gastrectomy. Those individuals had to pay out of pocket for a portion of the surgery, but had their major bills taken care of. Hull
