Guest guest
>We went to Disney World in June and it worked out well. The people there were very helpful. For two main meals I called ahead for reservations, then talked to the Chef a day or two ahead. They were knowledgable about the diet and made suggestions. We ate at Crystal Palace at Magic Kingdom for my son's 7th birthday, and they made him a GFCF chocolate brownie, a GFCF chicken filet sandwich (on a rice roll), peas and french fries. At Epcot we ate at the Garden Grill, where he had a GFCF hotdog, mashed potatoes, peas and honeydew. We also ate at Hollywood and Vine at MGM with no reservations, and the chef there was very helpful in coming up with foods that my son could eat. (He is very picky, so that was not easy!) For fast food meals, I brought an emergency peanut butter sandwich in my bag and we supplemented that with fries or chips and drinks (I had read on this list that all the fries at Disney World were GFCF.) All in all, the Disney people are very helpful. Of course, those restaurants are expensive, but we felt it was worth it to splurge and be well taken care of.
