DaunCongradulations on the weight lose. If you are bored you must fill your time with things other than food. I don't live any where close to you, but I do a water aerobics class not through the Y, but we sure do have fun and get a great work out. I have heard others talk about the Y water aerobics, so hopefully there's someone close who has an answer to your question. If not just try it, I sure do love it. Take care. Hi, Daun -

I haven't done the classes in Saratoga, I usually do the water aerobics

down at the Central Y on Naglee. But the ones I attend are pretty good

and very size-friendly, so I'd expect the same at the Saratoga site.

The timing of the evening classes is just off for me in Saratoga, since

my daughter takes karate there starting at 7 and the class is just

before that time, right when we're eating dinner. But if you do start

taking the evening class let me know and maybe I can join you once in a

while.
