Guest guest Posted April 24, 2004 Report Share Posted April 24, 2004 One way that I've learned to avoid those foods that got us into trouble pre-op was to think of the grossest thing you could and imagine your food there. If that doesn't work (and sometimes it doesn't) dump your " trigger foods " or cravings into the cat litter or dog poop! I guarantee you won't want to eat them ever again after that!!! T.
