Jowar = Sorghum

Found in an Indian type food store/market or through Twin Valley Mills

(online) or Miss Robens I think carries it now. I get mine locally at

the Indian market for now.

Not sure the derivatives of any of them - I'll let someone else answer

that part....

I believe that jowar is another name for

No, actually Jowar flour, or Juwar, is the same as Sorghum. Both names

are on the package of the flour I get at the Indian market. Plus I had

read they are the same in one of my books. ', perhaps?
