Guest guest
My daughter wore a STARband in 2002. She was eased into fulltime wear. I know some go straight to fulltime wear. Be sure t let us know how Thuesday goes. I would practice putting the band on and taking it off a few times in the office. I fogot to and when I got home was nervous. I ended up going back to the ortho. Angie Re: For the stink! Hey ! Thanks for the tip! We live in North West Mesa. Tanner is getting his helmet on Thursday. Do you know if he is supposed to wear the helmet for 23 hours right away or is there a transition period? When did you find the time to get your band painted?>> Hi all, just wanted to pass along a shampoo I found that somehow combats the stink on my son's head. Even with him sweating a ton I can sniff his hair and it doesnt have that "feet smell" anymore. Its by Noodle and Boo. Its their gentle shampoo and it smells like sweet, sweet babies. I also bought their lotion and baby wipes so my guy is smelling pretty good these days even with his stinky helmet. Ive also tried Suave Blueberry, Loreal Cherry something, Cal Baby, a slew of J & J shampoos, you name it, Ive tried it. This one seems to work the best along with cleaning it with 91% alcohol every night. Thats it!> - > Cole gets his DOCband off 2/26/09>
Guest guest
Good luck with your helmet tomorrow!! I can tell you that we recvd his helmet on a monday, he wore it off and on that day and slept in it all night. Same thing with the next day but the following day I took it to the motorcycle shop, dropped it off for painting and then picked it back up the next day. I chose to let it air out for a bit and just had him sleep in it that night. Then Friday of that week was full time wear. So go the helmet on a monday and he was wearing it full time on friday. Hope that all made sense.- Cole in DOCband since 12/1/08From: Angie P <apope04@...>Plagiocephaly Sent: Wednesday, February 18, 2009 6:27:49 AMSubject: Re: Re: For the stink!
