Generally speaking, these types of packaging (tetrapaks) are a multilayer

construction, usually

Outside

-------------------

wax

-------------------

paper

-------------------

aluminum

-------------------

polyethylene

------------------

Juice

~~~~~~~~~
It may be difficult to tell because the polyethylene film is very thin but
in most boxes the aluminum should NOT be in contact with the liquid...a
call to the manufacturer is warranted if you still have concerns...
FYI...from the TetraPak Website....
Does your juice packages contain gluten?
Gluten is not used or intentionally incorporated in manufacturing of the
raw materials - cardboard, plastics, aluminium foil, printing inks - which
we apply in our cardboard based packaging materials.
