Am I missing something? Where's the protein in this recipe? Also

the recipe looks like a lot of fluid. Remember when mixing a protein

powder with a liquid it must be used in a short period of time or it

losses its usefulness.

the total for your recipe is 56 grams for the whole thing, this is also a type

of recipe that our nutritionist gave us too

it is 1 cup skim milk

1/3 cup powdered milk

mix well and this is 16 grams of protein
