Spray-dried stuff can frequently have illegals used as free flowing

agents. I found some dried tomato powder once which the manufacturers

insisted was 100% tomato... but when pressed, they admited the presence

of the maltodextrin. Which they assured me would have no effect....

Has anyone read about a problem with feathers on the chicken with this brand of frozen chicken?  Someone blogged on it for the Houston Chronicle.  I think I'd die...not really but fresh is better if you have a 'local to your state'.  Sprayed on stuff ;-).  I'd pass.  The meat section usually has huge packs of wings you can separate and freeze.

I try to find chicken with no broth added. I don't trust it !
