Yep.-- one is the plain English and the other is the MD high falutin

gobbeldegook version. On the other hand, it could be that thin folks get

tucks, and the big ones get panniculectomy. My Panni involved 20 pounds

of excess fat that hung in an apron. After you loose weight, all they

hack off is the excess skin ( and whatever they need to make it look

pretty)

In my case, there was some argument for medical necessity-- I think I

have a $300 bill left over from what my insurance paid-- heck if I know

the total-- far too many blue cross explanation of benefit forms to

figure it out.
