Liane- My progress is progressing...lol. I have researched forever

(18 months), just got a PCP who is willing to take me on as a

patient, informed my family (whew...went really well...they are so

excited for me) and emailed Dr. Ren to just kinda introduce myself.

I am going to call her office in the morning and try to schedule a

consultation sometime soon (hopefully). I live about 6 hours away

from her, but that shouldn't be a problem. I am hoping to have my

surgery in late January if at all possible. I had looked into

Gagner, but between his nightmare staff, Mt. Sinai's less then

stellar reviews and his penchant for rescheduling appointments, Ren

seemed the better choice. Fingers crossed. I can't wait to be on

the other side of this surgery...helping other pre-ops like you and

Judie and and so many others have helped me. Whew...so, long

story short...my progress as a pre-op...lol...I am still in the pre

pre-op phase...but not for long Keep your fingers crossed that I

can get a consultation soon. Your in my thoughts...hoping your tummy

and other unmentionable areas (lol) are feeling better.
