Guest guest
For what its worth, I use the waffle recipe from Roben Ryberg's book (page 39 softcover) every day for my kids, Belgian waffle, and the flour I use is half tapioca and half corn starch. I also like to generously sprinkle cinnomon in, maybe that'll help your pancakes. I haven't tried pancakes because waffles are a little easier, but the Ryberg book should have a good recipe. > Hello all, > I'm not sure who I am addressing this to but who ever put in the pancake recipe I have a question for you. I tried making thenm and they never seemed to cook through. they were very doughy. I froze the bateer and will try again maybe cooking very long on a lower heat but did you guys ever have that probelm? As you can see I still don't know whow to correctly respond to a post so I just cut and paste the original message. Can anyone better explain that to me too. Thanks. > > Original message: > Here's a pancake one posted back in March by someone- The best pancake > recipe I have tried uses sorghum flour. Thanks. ** Hi All you have to do is get into the post you are reading by clicking on it (hope you are reading the posts on site; that is what I do);then, at the top of this screen and to the left, there is a little thing that says " Reply/forword/View source/unwrap lines " . If you click on the Reply one, it'll take you into the posting site. Then all you have to do is answer to a post, delete whatever doesn't interest you (with your delete button), and send the post (at bottom says " send-preview-cancel " ) I have nothing about the sorghum pancakes, but loves sorghum flour and she'll probably be able to answer your question.
