I'm a little confused, was the beginning asymmetry (A-B) only 1.7 mm? Is his

main issue brachy? If so, I'm not sure how to work out the cephalic index from

the numbers provided, maybe someone else can help there. But the asymmetry at

least seems minimal, and yet there was improvement (to 1.0 mm).
