Guest guest
A friend of mine gave me some soy beans, unsalted. They taste sort of like nuts and salty, even tho not salted. She got them in a health food store. I was thinking that these would be a good snack after wls due to the high protein content. Has anyone eaten these and do you think they would be good for a snack (after the stomach is ready to take them)? Carole

Guest guest
I have eaten them and love them. They do not bother my stomach or anything. In fact I can really eat anything. Mcs is hard on me so you can guess I do not eat their food.
