Guest guest
A good one which is SCD legal is CP-1 by Custom Probiotics. You can find them on the net. Steve, CP-1 is not SCD-legal. It contains bifidus. — Marilyn New Orleans, Louisiana, USA Undiagnosed IBS since 1976, SCD since 2001 Darn Good SCD Cook No Human Children Shadow & Sunny Longhair Dachshund Babette the Foundling Beagle

Guest guest
I use the acidophilus from Lucyskitchen.com. I have been very happy with it. Guest guest
Yes sorry. I, and a number of other people, prefer to include Bifidobateria as I have seen overwhelming evidence that they are essential to the colon. However, I was really trying to say that Custom Probiotics formulations overall are SCD legal and so you can choose one that doesn't contain bifidum as they do a number of different combinations. Good luck. Guest guest
I have been very happy with SCDophilus, from GIProhealth. I've used it ever since I started SCD. I order it online
Guest guest
How much of that does one generally use at a time? How long does it last? I know with the starter you use a tiny amount and it is supposed to last a long time - is that true with the SCDophilus as well? Mara > I have been very happy with SCDophilus, from GIProhealth.
