Dee,

I thought you seemed confused about what the BM odor was. That was why I

posted the post I did to clear that up. I was worried that you thought we

went around smelling like poop. No, it is just that when we go to the

bathroom, it has a distinct and more lingering odor. It is very manageable.

I just carry a can of Ozium (car air freshner) with me for anything away from

home. It comes in a little canister. At home matches and candles work fine.

Dee- I think you read it wrong. Having read everything I can get my

hands on...I have never read about a lingering smell of pooh that

stays with a person. I think they must have been discussing the fact

that when they pass gas or use the bathroom the odor...is more

pungent, ripe, toxic (please choose the right word..lol). Everyone

who I have read...who is plagued with stinkier pooh has never said

anything about the smell staying with them. Don't panic hun...I

think you misunderstood.

grandmother used to joke about potty humor and I think my sense of

humor has finally sunk to its lowest point. Just picture someone new

yeah Dee.....thats it! the room stinks bad! Before Dr Welker prescribed

Flagyl for Mike I considered building a new addition to the house with

another bathroom LOL

I actually thought the poor porcelin bowl was absorbing the smell.....the

only thing that works for me to get rid of it is to spray with citrus

orange. The devrom does nothing and makes it worse!

Alyssa.....Im serious LOL I refused to even sleep with Mike until he got

treated with Flagyl (2 weeks) becuz those late night " fluffs " drove me out

of the bedroom !!!!!

If it was really bad you could smell it, AJ but Mike lost his sense of smell

so it was just me that had to live with it ! Even my dogs would get up and

move LOL

The Flagyl worked wonders! All is back to normal again........
