Guest guest
Hey, what's wrong with chips? No sugar in chips, just fat and veggies? (whose favorite junk food is potato chips for now) 4/12/01 -80lbs
Guest guest
, Potato chips are high in startch and are easy to digest (even with a small stomach) and they are prime suspects when a barriatric procedure fails. You can munch on chips all day and consume thousands of calories without feeling full. Also chips lack protien and have excessive sodium content (unless you by unsalted chips). Guest guest
Deanna, Trader Joe's has soy chips that have soy protein in them. Not oodles (maybe 14 g per bagfull), mind you, but at least some. And they taste good, too. There's a cheddar and a BBQ flavor. --Steve At 9:11 AM -0500 10/4/01, True's wrote: >Hi, >I will divulge my secret where chips are concerned! Guest guest
Hi, I will divulge my secret where chips are concerned! I LOVE chips and dip!! So too not feel guilty and yet still get to consume chips and dip, I take chip dip and add extra protien powder. Unflavored, obviously! By eating the chips with dip I cannot eat as many and I am getting lots of protien in the dip! Where there is a will there is a way!!
