Guest guest
I don't know the cfs diet - would be interested in hearing about it, tho. Pls feel free to email me privately. I was referring to the glutenfree/caseinfree diet, plus we reduce artificial colors & preservatives, yeast & sugar. He's on the usual DAN protocol/Kirkman vitamins. I take a good multiple plus extra antioxidants & MSM. During the early days of gfcf, I also used TMG to reduce stress. (Worked great for me.) That alone helped me to become much healthier and clearer-headed. GFCF accidents result in flu-like symptoms, so I'm very strict about what I eat. However, we are both classically allergic to mercury (let alone the other problems with it), had our amalgams replaced, and are on a mercury chelation program. That, too, has helped immensely. Egroups like abmd (autism bio-medical), autism-mercury & dramyskids discuss chelation in detail, as well as similarities in parent's symptoms & those of their chidlren with ASD. Especially at abmd, you will find a great deal of research on shared immune dysfunctions, viruses and bacteria. Many listmates have noted that they became ill not long before their children began slipping into ill health and regressive autism. > > Quite a few parents on this list have or had CFS, > > Fibro, and/or other > > auto-immune dysfunctions.
