Guest guest
I need a little help finding clothes that will fit my baby and her cast. I am trying to look for the baby pants with the snaps but I don't know where to find them. Can someone please help me.
Guest guest
How old is the baby? I found that with I could put him into regular sweatpants and fleecy pants from Old Navy, Gap, Walmart, Target, etc... They didn't have snaps, but stretched enough to fit over the cast comfortably. Some moms have said that Old Navy, Gap, JC Penney, Sears, 's, and some others all have snaps in the pants. I'm not too sure--just going off memory. We're currently in FAB and wearing sweats and a couple of one-piece getups from Old Navy. I just do a lot of laundry to keep him in clean clothes!! lol Hate spending money on little ones when they grow so fast!! Guest guest
Your best bet (not knowing how old your baby is) would probably be nighties. You should be able to find some that have elastic around the bottom (instead of being sewn shut) so that you can just pull the bottom up to change diapers. You could also try infant-sized sweat pants. They most likely won't have snaps for diaper changes but they'd have wider legs. My favorite places to shop for infant clothing are outlet malls, Target, & Kohl's Department Store. Those places will have lots of styles you can choose from, and at a reasonable price. Good luck! Guest guest
I know I keep swearing by these dang things, but blanket jammies worked wonders over the casts too - as did any other outfit of that design. Remember my 1st boy wore casts a solid six months and clothing was just never an issue. He wore them again at 2 years of age, and again, just baggy jeans would fit. If outfits had feet i cut the feet out for the FAB, but mostly with casts they toe part would fit over the castings. On nicer outfits I'd hem the edge but most often they didn't need hemmed. Otherwise, most pants did fit over the casts and I'd just slip them down to change diapers. s. Re: Baby clothes Your best bet (not knowing how old your baby is) would probably be nighties.
