Isn't this a little extreme? I can't imagine this. I have 250 to lose,

but wuldn't expect the last 50 to even begin until almost 2 years....am I

missing something?>>>>

Not at all....if you are over 400lbs to start its possible to lose half of

that at 6-9 months. I only had 106 lbs to lose and already im 9 1/2 months

out and down 83 lbs. so thats more than half! The more you weigh the faster

you will lose.

My hubby was 376 and is now 248 in 9 months!

I thought that was a little extreme, too. I've been told that even 100 lbs.

in a year is fast but reasonable. And yes the last lbs will come off slower.
