Guest guest
I just got some white corn tortillas today, and they look okay to me. They are by La Feria. Ingredients: White corn, cooked with lime-water, sodium propionate, cellulose gum, monocalcium phosphate, potassium sorbate & fumaric acid, BHT, BHA. Okay, I know BHT & BHA affect some, but I think they are GFCF. What about the cellulose gum? I've seen that listed before on products listed as okay. I am really hoping--because my son won't eat any of the GFCF bread products--this is good for sandwich wraps, tacos, egg rolls, and hot dog wrappers, so I am hoping this is okay. These are cheap, too, around here, and would save me a lot of time--I'm a single mom and work, so I don't have a lot of that.
