Re the fish, I bought a 10lb. bag of flash frozen catfish awhile back.  It has no flavor and it's tiny--I swear it's Tilapia.  I've never seen or tasted catfish like it--must have been baby catfish.

 

My mother and I went out to eat and she always gets red snapper.  Then she always swears it's not red snapper.  You can tell by the eyes she says and/or flavor.

 

Makes you wonder about the fish labels you don't recognize and the old timey trout and bass are never available.
