Guest guest
What a fabulous weight loss!!! Congratulations. The only thing I can say about your questions is .....how often do you eat? Maybe you just need to eat more often....or add a protein shake to your day. Just a thought. Guest guest
>> Lately I feel like I'm sooooo hungry!!! Almost uncontrollable hunger. I don't eat everything I want. But I am so hungry all the time. First stop and take a breath -- is it real hunger (your stomach is empty and growling) or is it head hunger? Do you still feel hungry after you have eaten a full meal? Do you feel full and eat anyway, or never feel full? If you never feel full, or are empty and growling all the time, have you had your mechanics checked? Could be a staple line disruption if you are not transected, or could be a stretched stoma (neither of these would be your fault, just the body doing everything it can to be normal again). If you get full and eat anyway, ask yourself why. Head hunger can be the worst enemy -- I know for sure. I've got an extra 50 pounds up from my lowest weight to prove it. More details? ~~ Lyn
