The only time I get full on two or three bites is with chicken, because it

If you could do this at all your meals, that'd be scary. Recently I

attended a family BBQ and they offered burgers. Not big round, but about a

foot high. lol. I ate a burger that contained tomato, lettuce-the works.

And a few chips.

Good thing, cuz then they handed me choc cake that my niece had made. " um,

I'll do that later--am SOOOOOOO full " and I was, which saved me from the

cake. Before I left, took a small piece, smeared it around my plate. LOL!
