Guest guest
I am 27 months post op. Never reached my personal goal and lately it seems that the more I worry about eating the " right foods " , the worse I am tempted to eat junk. I've read some posts where some grads claim to be able to eat 2 or 3 bites and are full. I am far from that. In fact, earlier tonight I attended a bbq and had a jumbo beef patty with cheese, 3 pieces of lettuce, 2 slices of tomato, a coupld of pickle slices. This seemed to really " hit the spot " , so to say. Granted that was at 7:30 p.m. and I hadn't eaten since 12:30. Does this sound like a lot of food to you guys? It sure sounds like a lot to me! I would love to hear your comments. Estela in TX Open RNY 4/9/01 278/170/now struggling at
Guest guest
I have trouble with most meats! Still, at almost 2 years post op, I can't eat more than probably 1/2 cup of food at the most at 1 time. Mind you, I'm not complaining! I think it is GREAT that I feel full so quickly. I hope this continues.
