HAVE YOU STARTED DOING ANY WALKING?.ALSO,IF YOU'RE HAVING TROUBLE ACTUALLY

EATING TO GET YOUR CALORIES IN,TRY HIGH PROTEIN BOOST AS A FILLER.YOU'RE GETTING

240 CALORIES WITHOUT ACTUALLY " EATING " .I KNOW IT WAS SO HARD FOR ME TO BECAUSE I

WAS NEVER HUNGRY.BUT I WAS ALWAYS THIRSTY SO I DECIDED TO GET AT LEAST 4 BOOSTS

IN IN A DAY.THAT'S 960 CALORIES AS IT IS AND YOU CAN GET YOUR OTHER " FOOD " IN TO

MAKE UP YOUR 1200 CALORIES A DAY.TRY IT AND LET ME KNOW IF IT WORKS FOR

YOU.K.I.T.KATRINA..
