Guest guest Posted May 28, 2004 Report Share Posted May 28, 2004 HAVE YOU STARTED DOING ANY WALKING?.ALSO,IF YOU'RE HAVING TROUBLE ACTUALLY EATING TO GET YOUR CALORIES IN,TRY HIGH PROTEIN BOOST AS A FILLER.YOU'RE GETTING 240 CALORIES WITHOUT ACTUALLY " EATING " .I KNOW IT WAS SO HARD FOR ME TO BECAUSE I WAS NEVER HUNGRY.BUT I WAS ALWAYS THIRSTY SO I DECIDED TO GET AT LEAST 4 BOOSTS IN IN A DAY.THAT'S 960 CALORIES AS IT IS AND YOU CAN GET YOUR OTHER " FOOD " IN TO MAKE UP YOUR 1200 CALORIES A DAY.TRY IT AND LET ME KNOW IF IT WORKS FOR YOU.K.I.T.KATRINA..
