Guest guest
My ever so humble opinion would be a need for food and/or water. How close to working out are you eating? Could it be that you need to up the protein just before working out? Just a thought. Guest guest
To everyone ... Thank you very much for all the responses. I am drinking protein before my workout now. I also have been banned from anything that moves without me. LOL We have some very smart folks here. PCP states that there is a disorder that will disrupt the equilibrium ..i.e. treadmill moving but I stay in one spot! We know this has nothing to do with WLS but I had never been on a treadmill before! The elliptical or stair steps can present the same problems. Guess I will be doing water aerobics ,strength training and good old walking! OK by me...I hated that feeling. PCP says I could have been hurt if I fell while dizzy. DUH! <<BG>> Thanks again...for the info, caring and funnies! Jo in OK ********************************************************* > > I don't post often but I sure learn a lot here!
