The first four years, no one, and I do mean NO ONE carried DCCC here in New Orleans. Ironically, after Hurricane Katrina, we were forced farther afield to get food (because many of the stores had been destroyed) and I found a shop about 50 miles away which carried it regularly. Since it freezes well, I started ordering entire cases of it, bringing it back (once we'd replaced our freezer) and freezing it. If you can't find it, make lots and lots of SCD yogurt and drip or drain it well. It works just as well in most recipes, and, in fact, there are some recipes for which I prefer dripped yogurt, aka yogurt cheese. — Marilyn New Orleans, Louisiana, USA Undiagnosed IBS since 1976, SCD since 2001 Darn Good SCD Cook No Human Children Shadow & Sunny Longhair Dachshund
