If I am not mistaken that as long as you were approved before the

date that your insurance decided to stop covering the surgery you

will be okay. The reason for their stoppage is that everyone is

viewing this surgery as a quick fix without taking responsibility for

their actions (look, I can eat all I want and then surgery will

remove it).

Thanks Patty, that is what I was thinking but I wanted to get a
