Pain pills for sleep

It is important for you to get your rest post op, but I think there's

a better way than using pain pills.

For example, some antihistamines (think Benedryl) also make you

sleepy. I'm not saying to take a fistful of them, but some people

have found that a modest dose will give you a good night's sleep.
