My Dr said it is normal sometimes for pockets of fluid to develop. I was still nervous when it was still occuring for 2 weeks went to hospital and Dr there also said same thing. It is pockets that develop in the layers and when your body is trying to heal fluids tend to build in area. For example you see burn victims where their skin oozes for months sometimes. because the fluids within the tissue moves out of it twd the injury. I have also questioned Dr's at hospitals I work at as a paramedic. My oozing lasted for close to 5 weeks then stopped. The Er dr said it is alot better it oozes out then stays in because it can cause more pressure on the incission line and pain due to to much fluid build up in which then they would make incission to relieve the fluid. Just keep the incission covered with clean sterile dressing and i used bacitracin to keep it clean. Just make sure you dont touch the tube to incision area and if u use q-tip use seperate one each time you get more from tube. Hope this helps....
