Hi:

Which hospital did you have your surgery at? I live near Washington

DC and will be having my surgery at Reston Hospital in Virginia. My

OS is in andria VA off of Eisenhower Rd. Wow, your OD treatment

was quite expensive. Is your OD in DC? I have ceramic on top and

metal on bottom and I thought $5,000 was expensive..(haha) I have

been in braces so far for 27 months and will be having surgery in

June.
