Hi Diane:

My Orthodontic treatment was $5,000 which was a little more expensive

because I have the ceramic brackets on my upper teeth. My OS fees

for surgery comes to a total of $11,420.00. The breakdown of OS fees

are as follow: Cephalogram, $165.00; Panoramic X-Ray, $100.00; Oral

Surgial Splint, $2,405.00; Maxillary Lefort 3 piece, $7,000.00; and

Assistant surgeon fees, $1,750.00. I am still awaiting an estimate

on the hospital fees. I hope this helps!
