Guest guest
Just wanted to introduce myself, my name is Lynn and I am 8 months post-op. I started out at 290 pounds and I am now down to 189, but I think I've hit my first plateau. I really haven't been involved in any support groups for a few months. I've been so busy at work and then at home with my daughter I barely have time to do anything for myself. But now I have made sure I put sometime aside to try to catch up and meet some new people who are going through what I am. Does anyone have any suggestions to break a plateau? It's been about 31/2 weeks since I last saw any movement on the scale. Looking forward to everything I can learn from all of you.
