Make a huge batch and then just re-heat anytime you get hungry. Also, chicken is good to re-heat until you get tired of it. Hamburger or turkey burger patties, you can take a few pounds of ground meat, season it and stick mild cheddar inside then make it like a meatloaf. I was being very strict but didn't know about he phases. Although I only ate foods on the legal list I've been eating nut muffins. I'm confused but figuring it out. Right now I am starving and can only think of eggs to eat. I'm constipated so I don't know if bananas are ok. I've been cooking chicken soup too. I love cooked, skinned apples with prune juice. I was only tolerating the chicken soup, chicken breasts, boiled eggs, omelets with cheese (colby jack was easiest for me at first), gelatin with 50% welch's grape or tropican oj and 50% water. I made the mistake of jumping right in like you did. I also have C. It got worse before it got better. Right now it's really bad again, but I cheated in December (the first time in almost 2 years strict SCD). Have you gone to pecanbread.com? They have a lot of stage appropriate recipes.
