Guest guest
Thanks for the info. I appreciate it. I really like the Optisource for right now and it prevents me from taking a ton of different things. Lap RNY 261/207/
Guest guest
Cindy; Call the nurse at your Doctor's office or your Nutritionist, to find out what you need to take. make a list of you questions, that way you won't forget and then go through each question with the nurse and make notes. Have a good day } Ann
Guest guest
Hi Cindy, There is a product called Juice Plus. Heard of it? I became a distributor after realizing it is the most amazing product on the market. It has been researched more than any other supplement. It is actually just whole raw fruits and vegetables. Knowing that all of the vitamins, minerals, antioxidants and phytochemicals are in there, you really don't need anything else. Plus it is absorbed 100% instead of how most vitamins only absorb, at most, 20%. It has 17 different fruits and vegetables with grains. So you are getting more than enough. If you need to take more calcium, that's the only other thing recommended. Other than that, you are set. If you want to get more info on this to show your nutritionist or doctor, go to www.jillianjp.com. The research is there and tons more info. Pls do not hesitate to ask me any further questions as well. Oh, and by the way, I know a woman who works for the actual company of Juice Plus who had the surgery and she said this supplement saved her life. That's actually why she's working for them today. Just thought that might interest you. Best Rgds, Jillian > I had my one week check-up yesterday, and all was well. Had the staples > removed as well as one of the tubes.
