I do not sell it or am not trying to push it in anyway. I just know it helps with my cravings for sweet and chocolate. It's called No Pudge, it's a brownie mix. The only ingredient you add is plain yogurt. if you do not have or do not like yogurt, you can use applesauce. What I like about it is I can make a single serving. Mixing 2 tablespoons of mix and 1 tablespoon of yogurt or applesauce in a microwavable container and cook for 1 minute and you have a snack. Add frozen yogurt and fat- free whipped topping and you have dessert. Once I was able to return to solid foods, but my surgeon and nutritionist approved the snack and dessert.
