you need to EAT.. you are starving your body, so it is fighting to

hang on to what it sees as its only food stores. EAT!!! chicken,

beef, pork... eggs.. try to stick to protein, nibble all day, but if

you do not eat enough, you will continue to be tired and lose very

slowly. I know its difficult to break the " if I eat less, I'll lose

more " mentality.. but I can tell you.. when I spent a month on broth,

I lost nothing. Once I began to eat again, I lost. Trust the

surgery.. give it a chance. EAT!

Shoot.. I do eat & I'm tired.. I can imagine how exhausted you are if

you aren't eating much.

Hope this helps,

Liane

I am 10 months out and have been somewhat where you

are...and everyone is right EAT!!! I still HAVE to force myself to

eat. I too was extremely weak and believe it or not am

experiencing it AGAIN at 10 months. My second piece of advise

is get your blood checked...Call your doc. My problem was low

iron...and my most recent loss of energy could be the same I am

waiting for blood work.....Thirdly, drink water lots...force it (not a

lot a little bit all day) try to get the 8 glassess I know when your

weak and not eating it's sooo hard, but you just have to force your

self to get better..and the weight loss shall come. Call your

doc? Okay?

Peace and love,

Brigid
