This was an email from ossg-hungry group and Amber gave me permission to

copy and paste here to you guys about caffeine, etc. I thought it was

important to know these things.....Ray is a fella who has a vitamin company

and always seems to think he knows everything and knows it all even about

the DSers! He seems to think caffine is ok.....

Anyway, here it is.........
