What you've said is so true. I am looking for an iron supplement that won't cause me issues based on what my nutritionist said when she reviewed my labs and I got alot of responses warning me of the dangers of iron. I'm not looking to O.D. on the stuff, just want to keep my levels from falling too low or bottoming out. It's very important to remember that we are all different and what works for one may not work for another. Thanks for posting this.
