What kind of experience? They're good fresh - unless you have a wonky palate likeMarilyn <vbg>And easy to digest - except split peas can be tough. Maradoes anyone have pea experience? i realized rescently that they are legal (i didn't realize this for 3.5 years!) but do I need to proceed with caution?Thank you! ~ Dana (scd 3.5+ years. uc??? proctitis??? no meds...)

does anyone have pea experience? i realized rescently that they are legal (i didn't realize this for 3.5 years!) but do I need to proceed with caution?I eat baby green peas all the time. I tolerate them fine, even though I can't have tomatoes, peppers, asparagus, or cauliflower. Or brocoli. Etc...I think it's another instance of the SCD motto: Everybody's different! As of late, my body has decided to be difficult and quit digesting veggies.

However, I recently (and nervously) added peas to my diet. They worked out just

fine, skins and all :-). What a happy surprise!
