Remember that the first couple of days are tough, but it does get better (albeit slower than all of us would like!) Rest a lot, drink a lot and look forward to the future when it will all be over . As far as sleeping - I had to sleep in an almost sitting up position because of the stuffed nose and inability to breathe. From what I remember, you're only getting lower, so you might not be as stuffed up as I was. You'll know what will feel comfortable for you. Feel free to vent to us once you're back home.
