Guest guest
Kari, Welcome to the group. You have been given some wonderful suggestion already. I would like to see you ask a lot more questions about the mechanics of what is going on with you. It certainly makes sense to start there. Secondly, and the hardest thing for me to look at, was my eating habits. My eating habits are soooo much better then they were 2 years ago. However, it is far from perfect. I started using fitday.com and was surprised at my caloric intake. I also realize how much sugar and simple carbs I was eating. When I went back to protein, protein, protein I started loosing weight again. I don't know of this is a problem for you but it is certainly worth looking at to eliminate that as a reason for not loosing more.
