Somebody (was it Felicia?) once wrote that you cannot absorb more

than 30 g of protein at any one sitting. So, 53 g wastes about 23 g

of protein. Maybe Felicia heard it from VitaLady??

Ummm, I've never heard this. I'd like to know more. I've been doing

53 gms now for 4 months and am losing regularly and am not as tired

as at first. But if I'm wasting some, then I'll cut back. Protein is

expensive! Thanks for the heads up!

That is interesting Steve, I wonder if its true that would mean that the most

beneficial amount would be 30 g at a sitting and that would require an

additional snack (maybe a protein shake) just rambling over here.

I am not sure how true it is, Lisbeth. Why not ask Vitalady and let

us all know? I think that she was the original source, but, again, I

am not sure. --Steve
