Guest guest
Hi ALex, I am only 1 1/2 years post op but I am gald I had my surgery. I was ssooos cared too right up until surery day but I did it and am happy I did. I know that I would nbever feel this good if I did not and I did not want to live as fat as I was. I still have NOT made it to goal weight though.I was not a good follower of my diet, I was a first but once I could eat junk I did. i need to still learn to say NO to junk food. I know i will still get to goal though. I still cannot overeat so that is a good thing. I am currently pregnant ( 6 months) so I am at a standstill but I am going to get my ass in gear after. I have still lost 140 pounds and uit is a GREAT feeling and I would do it all over again if I had to. Good Luck and I hope your nerves settle down and all goes smoothly for you. The worst problem I had after surgery was the drainage tube aggravating me. I had mine in 2 weeks but i know others who got it out before coming home. I also have a hernia near my incision from lifting kids too soon but it is NOT painful and I will get that fixed later when i lose the rest and get a tummy tuck God Bless, Robin, NorthEastern, NY EDD- July 27th, 2004 IT'S A BOY!!!!!!
